Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily issuing of invoices to the customers.
- To ensure that the data entries input are captured correctly and preparation of billings are accurately done.
- To maintain a proper record of invoices and comply with invoicing procedures.
- To contact customers to follow up on payment and ensure they abide the payment term
- To handle basic accounts and accounting records, Account Payables & Account Receivables to ensure all – accounts transactions are updated timely and accurately.
- Perform data entry, documentation, printing & filing duties.
- Support management and executive staff by performing any assigned accounting and general tasks including ad-hoc and administrative tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess minimum SPM Qualification or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Well organized with a customer oriented approach.
- Good communication and organization skills.
- Computer literate and able to work independently.
