Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily issuing of invoices to the customers.
  • To ensure that the data entries input are captured correctly and preparation of billings are accurately done.
  • To maintain a proper record of invoices and comply with invoicing procedures.
  • To contact customers to follow up on payment and ensure they abide the payment term
  • To handle basic accounts and accounting records, Account Payables & Account Receivables to ensure all – accounts transactions are updated timely and accurately.
  • Perform data entry, documentation, printing & filing duties.
  • Support management and executive staff by performing any assigned accounting and general tasks including ad-hoc and administrative tasks.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess minimum SPM Qualification or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Well organized with a customer oriented approach.
  • Good communication and organization skills.
  • Computer literate and able to work independently.
